Eat These Natural Foods To Cure Your Bad Breath

Brushing and flossing may not be enough to fight your bad breath if you have a weak stomach. A sluggish gut may also be the reason for your bad breath.

This means that you probably eat too much unhealthy food which disappoints your stomach and it starts functioning improperly. 

The good news is. 

If you don’t have any severe stomach problem you may fight bad breath by adding more natural foods that cure bad breath to your diet. This may balance the good and bad bacteria in your gastrointestinal tract and prevent the elimination of Sulphur gases through your mouth.

    The medicinal properties of ginger can be used through the use of ginger-based drinks. For example, you can add ginger to your tea, use it as a natural remedy for cold and indigestion.
  • Celery – is a great source of enzymes and antioxidants. It provides dietary fiber that improves digestion and helps to lose weight. Also, celery contains a high percentage of water which prevents dehydration.
    Every single part of this vegetable is edible. The stalks, seeds, and leaves are rich in nutrients and can be consumed in the form of a soup or added to a dish.
  • Spearmint - is a pleasant-smelling species of mint that is widely used in healthy food, products, toothpaste, mouthwashes, and cosmetics.
    Spearmint contains vitamins, antioxidants, and vital nutrients and it’s often used in medicine for its claimed therapeutic properties.  It helps to relieve digestive problems.
    You can add spearmint to almost any kind of food to add a pleasant and calming flavor to your dish.
